Staff grill thick-cut pork neck and belly at your table, managing the heat on the heavy slices. The mokban/samban set is half moksal (neck), firm and lean, and half samgyeopsal (belly), with its layers of fat, so both share one grill. Cold, tangy kimchi mari noodles cool things down between bites. The room feels like a crowded Korean pub, and evenings bring a wait at the door. The shop has no private parking. Walking from Hoegi Station is easiest, and drivers use the Hoegi Station street lot or Hoegi-dong Public Parking.
