Jingol jjamppong, a smoky, wok-fired spicy seafood noodle soup with a deep but not harsh broth, is the order here, and the spice level can be adjusted. Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), sweet and sour pork loin in a chewy glutinous rice batter, fried dumplings and fried rice round out most tables. Noodles are made in a room inside the shop, beside a waiting area; a line forms from around the weekday lunch hour, and remote waitlisting is available. The kitchen closes early, around 7:30 p.m., with an afternoon break on weekends only. A private lot in front holds about ten cars.
