Reaching the cafe means climbing stairs with no elevator, there is no private parking, and it closes on Mondays. Only a handful of seats face that view in this small room; when they are taken, the central tables are the alternative. Drinks lean soft and sweet, such as caramel macchiato and milk tea, and each comes with a small chocolate or cookie.
