Hanwoo Gomtang Jeonmin 한우곰탕

Gomtang, a clear beef soup, and seolleongtang, a milky beef bone soup, come by the bowl, with Jeonmin-dong hanwoo gomtang as the house bowl. For sharing there is suyuk jeongol, sliced cooked beef warmed in broth at the table, or gopchang jeongol, an intestine hot pot.
