Halmeoni Jangteo Gukbap 할머니장터국밥

Medium-thick noodles are a Yesan specialty, and this gukbap house serves both of its soups, ox-head and beef, either with rice or as noodle soup in the same broth. The someori gukbap holds softly boiled head meat in regular or large sizes, while the gogi gukbap uses different cuts and is a little more tender. As of 2026-08, regular someori gukbap is 12,000 won and gogi gukbap 14,000 won. Salted shrimp and chopped chili are there to season it yourself.
