Salt-grilled chicken (sogeum sutbul gyegogi) goes over charcoal with no sauce, just seasoning and smoke, while the yangnyeom version is brushed with a red sauce. Ordering both splits the same chicken two ways. Boneless chicken feet in a spicy sauce and grilled chicken gizzards add other cuts and textures to the grill. To round out the meal there are chicken gomtang (a clear chicken soup with rice), bibim guksu (spicy mixed noodles without broth), soft tofu stew, doenjang stew, and rice balls.
