Gonji Gonji Onggi Boribap 곤지곤지 옹기보리밥

The barley rice comes two ways: gangdoenjang jayeon boribap, topped with thick soybean-paste stew to mix in, and gondeure-bap, rice cooked with gondre thistle greens. Sundubu and other tofu dishes make up the rest, and grilled mackerel or a scallion pancake can go on the side.
