Dian Mandu Jeongol 디안만두전골

Vegetables and beef shabu go into the pot first; once the broth has picked up their flavor, the meat dumplings and kalguksu noodles follow. There are three hot pots, the basic mandu jeongol, a mushroom dumpling version and a hanwoo beef and mushroom version, and white clams or rolled dumplings can be added. For children who cannot handle the spicy broth, there are fried dumplings or a pumpkin cheese pork cutlet to order separately. Reservations are not taken.
