The Party Centum 더파티 센텀점

The Party Centum is a large buffet on the basement level of Centum Science Park at 79 Centum jungang-ro in Haeundae-gu, Busan. Its food is divided into Japanese, Korean, Chinese, grill, pizza and pasta, made-to-order noodle, and dessert sections. The Japanese counter has included flatfish and salmon sashimi; shrimp, salmon, spear squid, squid, flatfish, and beef sushi; inari sushi topped with beef or snow-crab paste; futomaki; and salmon and eel rolls. The meat section separates lamb steak and flat iron steak from smoked duck, sous-vide lamb shoulder, and sausages. Grilled mero fish, mashed potato topped with escargot, and truffle risotto extend the Western section beyond steak. Korean dishes include beef-brisket salad, yukhoe, japchae, bulgogi, and braised short ribs, followed by multigrain rice, seaweed soup, and beef-tendon soup. Pumpkin and abalone porridges form a separate group of warm grain dishes. The Chinese counter has featured malatang, mala xiang guo, fried rice, sweet-and-sour pork, cream shrimp, and dim sum. Pizza choices have included Margherita, classica, and Gorgonzola. Another recurring item encloses mushroom soup under a thin pastry lid and bakes the crust over the serving cup. Noodle choices span tonkotsu ramen, beef noodle soup, and pho. Cakes, cookies, rice cakes, chocolate, ice cream, and fruit occupy the dessert section. Individual dishes rotate, while the counters remain organized by sashimi and sushi, grilled meat, Korean, Chinese, pizza, noodles, and desserts. Beyond the main dining hall, the premises contain small private rooms, larger banquet rooms, and a children's play area. First-birthday events and wedding meals connect these rooms to the same buffet stations rather than forming a separate restaurant menu.
