Large toppings sit on rice cooked in individual pots at this shop on a Gyedong lane between Anguk Station and Bukchon Hanok Village. The menu splits by main ingredient: eggplant, grilled beef belly, abalone steamed with its innards and stock, salmon or mackerel. Once the rice and toppings are spooned into a bowl, the barley tea served on the side goes into the pot to make scorched-rice soup. Salad, side dishes and soup come with each meal.
