Cutlet choices include one piled with green onions, a plain fresh-pork version and a yurinki-style cutlet in tangy soy sauce, while the noodles come in broth, half broth and half spicy, or spicy with thin-sliced brisket. Set menus pair the two, and warm broth is served on the side.
