Cheongsong San Ojingeo 청송 산오징어

Live squid comes two ways: raw as san ojingeo hoe with vegetables and chili-vinegar sauce, or cooked as san ojingeo jjim. A combination plate puts both on the table, which helps when part of the group avoids raw seafood.
