Rice steamed with gondeure, a mountain green, is mixed at the table with seasoned soy sauce or gangdoenjang, a thick soybean-paste sauce. For something to share, the menu adds charcoal-grilled bulgogi on a wire rack, braised tofu in seasoning, and mung bean pancakes. The restaurant takes up the 1st and 2nd floors of a building in Cheongnyong village, near the entrance to Cheonggyesan. That puts it an easy stop before or after a hike.
