Gogi guksu, thin wheat noodles in a rich, cloudy pork broth topped with sliced pork and shredded green onion, is the dish to order; the broth recalls tonkotsu ramen, and some diners add a bowl of rice to finish it. The bibim guksu is dressed in a sauce close to that of hoe-naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles), and the menu also covers janchi guksu (light anchovy noodle soup), spicy stir-fried pork, a charcoal-flavored pork rice bowl, and pork or slightly spicy kimchi dumplings. The shop is inside Dongsong Market in Cheorwon, with a public parking lot right in front of the building.
