Byeongcheon Sundae Gukbap 병천순대국밥

Sundae gukbap here contains no offal. The blood sausage comes either with pork or on its own, and seokkeo gukbap is the separate order for pork mixed with offal. Rice arrives in its own bowl and the spicy paste is already stirred into the soup; ask for it on the side when ordering if you want it mild. The sundae and intestine hot pot starts at two portions.
