Run by Nostalgia Hanok Stay, this Bukchon-ro 11-gil cafe seats guests in the rooms and courtyard of a traditional house. Its brunch reworks familiar Korean ingredients, with chwinamul, a mountain herb, blended into pesto and a pancake of mashed baby potatoes.
