One Insadong hanok holds a tearoom, a tea-leaf shop, and a free exhibition of teaware. The shop stocks over 110 teas from Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, India, and Europe, including mulberry-leaf, persimmon-leaf, and lotus teas and Jeju hwangcha. In the cafe, brewed tea pairs with grilled garaetteok (rice cake sticks), small hangwa sweets, or porridge, while red-bean bingsu, iced matcha latte, and misugaru made from ten roasted grains cover the cold side. The displays include Goryeo celadon tea bowls, tools from China and Tibet, and teapots by contemporary potters, some of them for sale. A tea tree grows in the central courtyard space under natural light.
